• Generator backup with 24 hours fuel on-site
• Three diverse feeds to national grid
• Cisco routed network throughout

Our secondary servers are located at Redbus Interhouse the specifications of which are shown below:

• Proximity card access control
• CCTV throughout the facility
• Very early smoke detection alarm (VESDA)
• FM200 fire suppression system
• 2.5 MVA UPS conditioned power & backup
• 2 1700KVA Generator backup
• Multiple diverse feeds to national grid

Connectivity

All sites have connectivity to multiple SMSC's from various Mobile Network Operators (MNO). Individual messages are routed dependent on the present availability and response times of the available SMSCs - this ensures that even when a particular MNO has problems we stand a good chance of delivering messages by an alternative route.

Routing is based on the facilities required to deliver each message. Not all MNOs can provide all the facilities we require. Message routing can depend on the ability of the MNO to

• Deliver the message in a few seconds to the chosen network
• Set the Source Address
• Deliver particular message types such as ringtones - SMS Class 0, 1, 2 and 3 messages
• Provide Delivery Receipts in real time
• Support Unicode characters
