An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system lets the user phone up
and "talk" to a computer system. They use the phone keypad to
enter voucher and ringtone numbers.
You can use an IVR system to let users "redeem" their vouchers
for ringtones or you can use it with a Premium
Rate phone line to collect the cost of the ringtone.
We operate a Premium Rate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service
in the UK so users can buy ringtones from their phone.
You can operate a Premium Rate IVR service in your country so that your
customers will have a local phone number to call. We can supply the IVR
system - you have to provide mains electricity, an Internet connection and
phone line(s). We can manage the system remotely if you wish.
These systems communicate directly with our servers to validate requests
and deliver ringtones, graphics and other premium services. An Internet
connection is required.
The systems are robust and can be easily remotely managed. You need no
technical knowledge to operate the system.
Voice prompts should be recorded locally - you can do this on a PC.
We will work with you to tailor the system to your exact needs. A sample
English language system is provided for testing purposes.
All ringtones will be delivered directly from our servers so you will
have access to our full range - and the ability to add local content.
