5. Private and "Public Subscription" Address Books
Private Address Books can only be updated by the owner of the list.
Anyone can update a "Public Subscription" Address Book by
texting +44 78 76 555 777 (078 76 555 777 in the UK) with the name of
a "Public Subscription" Address Book. Their mobile or cell
phone number will be added to that "Public Subscription" Address
Book. The next page gives an example of how to use a "Public Subscription"
Address Book to promote a nightclub.
