6. Promoting a Club
| 1. Reserve a Address Books name |
The first step is to reserve a
"Public Subscription" Address Book name that describe
your Club. Chose a word or short phrase that is easy to remember
and easy to enter on a mobile or cell phone keypad - for example "insomnia"
Remember to choose a Public Subscription name.

| 2. Tell people how to subscribe |
To subscribe to a Public Subscription Address Book,
all people need to do is to text the list name that you
have
reserved
to 07876 555
777 (+447876555777 if they are outside the UK). On your
flyers and posters put something like this (taking the
club name as "insomnia" in this example)

to stay with the swing

| 3. Wait a week or so while they sign up.... |
You will receive an email once a week letting you know
how many people are in each of your Public Subscription
Address Books. |

| 4. Send a message to everyone |
On the website navigation bar select "Send SMS",
choose the type of message you want to send and then choose
your Address Book name to select the
recipients for your message. |
